Responsible for managing House Brand, ABS PC from build plans to production. Ensures action plans and business targets are achieved
Manage overall House Brand - ABS production as well as drive business growth and developing high quality products. • Execute the ABS PC product development process from concept to end of life. • Oversee inventory accuracy improvement activities. • Develop and improve SOP to smooth the operation and production. • Coordinate available manpower to complete all PC planning assignments. • Collaborate with multiple departments like accounting, marketing, logistic, and MIS to improve the business operation from front to back end. • Develop product roadmaps and bring new products to market taking into consideration market demand, competition, product requirements, ROI and partnering with sales, marketing and production on execution. • Source and develop strategic partnerships with vendors/manufacturers, identify market trends, develop brand positioning and value propositions. • Negotiate with vendors to secure lowest total delivered cost, volume incentives, rebates, advertising and other applicable allowances. • Ensures compliance with CEC (California Energy Commission). • Ensures compliance with State E-Waste Fee. • May be required to perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements & Special Attributes
Bachelor Degree in Business or related majors or 8 years directly related experience in lieu of bachelors. • 6+ years directly related experience with 3+ of the 6+ years as a supervisor with direct reports • Minimum 5 years PC manufacturing experience is required, online industry experience and previous sales/business development experience are highly desired • Understand the SOP for manufacturing and sales operation • Manage the entire production life cycle from strategic planning to execution. • Research and identify opportunities for further mid-term to long-term business development • Establish high level vendor partnerships and negotiate optimized business
