Develop, prepare, and execute revenue-generating, web-based marketing campaigns to stimulate sales volume for Newegg marketplace.
Responsible for ensuring all products and Marketplace merchants promotions are correctly displayed and optimized on our website and any associated marketing vehicles.
Responsible for the soft dollar contribution from our merchant partners to drive their respective product and brand. This involves working closely with the merchants to accurately forecast trends, plan stock levels and monitor performance.
Coordinate with Category Management Team and Newegg Promotion Center team to execute banner spots, marketing exposures for Marketplace merchants, and develop top-level merchant relationships to facilitate and reinforce partnerships.
Facilitate product merchandising on high impact campaigns (i.e. managing daily deals or similar type of exposures).
Evaluate and identify deals for external advertising.
Manage key tab or category stores.
Manage of Marketplace marketing budget, ensure the expense on highest performance.
Review key competitor site on a daily basis and use info to more competently merchandise our site and marketing vehicles.
Maximize income of MDF and other merchant incentives through innovative merchandising program initiatives and effective selling.
Responsible for accurate tracking and utilization of MDF and Co-op accounts for merchants. Increase participation and funding levels for all assigned vendors equal to or greater than company forecasts.
Proactively work with Marketplace Category Managers to ensure and plan proper procurement of product stock as it relates to merchandising programs and goals and to produce successful promotion programs.
Develop and implement merchandising reports such as performance measurement reports.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements & Special Attributes
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communication/Business Administration plus 4 years directly related experience required.
Must be knowledgeable about various e-commerce marketing opportunities as well as traditional media.
E-marketplace experience is a plus.
Understanding of Marketing Principles and Retailing.
Team player adept at working in cross functional environment.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytic, organizational and coordination skills.
