To provide execution proficiency and target configuration expertise, help shape and execute targeted promotions on a large scale, and ensure campaign deliverability with efficiency and effectiveness.
Plan, schedule, create and maintain targeted promotions across multiple Newegg Business Units. Ensure target coverage, execution productivity, and campaign effectiveness. Coach/mentor team on targeting practices, set up examples and provide training for junior members to grow, and help document and standardize applicable execution procedures and guidelines for the overall team’s execution development.
Optimize target on a daily basis to lift incremental revenue, including audience performance reporting and monitoring, measurement adjustment, target configuration tuning, and experience enhancement.
Assist in the delivery of complex projects, drive cross-team collaboration, and support corporate campaigns, with an emphasis on quality, productivity, and consistency.
Facilitate cross-team collaborate including planning and implementation. Share target expertise/provide training to junior targeted marketing specialists and document operational procedures and guidelines to help standardize team’s overall execution

Minimum Requirements & Special Attributes
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or similar field OR 4 years directly related experience in lieu of bachelor’s degree. Masters in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
Strong background in business and computer/engineering is preferred.
2+ year experience in online promotion planning, execution and management, or sales experience with an emphasis on the digital/E-commerce channels and platforms.
Deep understanding of online transaction procedure and customer buying behaviors.
Site optimization and AB test and targeting experience is preferred.
Deep understanding of customer targeting, customer segmentation, digital personalization and CRM integration.
Strong ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders, both verbal and written communication skills.
Familiar with digital marketing/online marketing.
Product knowledge focusing on computers and electronics is a plus.
Experience in database marketing/digital personalization campaign is preferred.
Project management skills and the ability to facilitate cross-team collaboration.
Strong customer-centric mindset.
Ability to handle and work through complex situations.
Sense of urgency; ability to work well under tight deadlines with little supervision.
Independent thinker, ability to make on-the-spot decisions and help lead both internal and external initiatives.
Strong analytical skills and experience in building reports and analyzing data, particularly relating to customer behaviors in order to assess campaign performance.
