The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for conducting various business / operational / performance analyses and is also responsible for executing projects, plans or any business requirements assigned to achieve business goals.
Perform analytical and evaluative work primarily involving strategic planning, performance measures, and business process innovation.
Execute projects assigned including requirements collection, research analysis, planning, timeline control and project process follow-up; Control and evaluate project execution result.
Project evaluation for new business ventures; provide project management support and coordination among internal resources.
Collaborate with senior managers and decision makers to identify and solve a variety of business operation problems and to identify management objectives.
Observe Marketplace process and performance, proactively study on potential weakness and prepares recommendation for procedure, control or action.
Other duties, responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
Minimum Requirements & Special Attributes
Education: Bachelor degree in management related fields
Experience: 4+ years working experience in e-commerce industry
2+ years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or personnel management position
Ability to work both independently and team-oriented under collaborative environment
Good organizational, time management and problem solving skills, proven ability to meet tight timeline
Strong strategic planning skills
Ability and willingness to always find areas for improvement
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong written and oral communication skills

This position receives guidance in terms of broad goals and objectives and is responsible for establishing the methods to attain them. This position is highly-varied, complex, and often non-recurring. It may require novel and creative approaches to resolution. New concepts and approaches may have to be developed.
Physical Functions: Sitting required 90% of the time. Walking and standing required 5% of the time respectively. No heavy lifting required. Constant working on a computer.
Standard office and computer equipment including MS Office software.
Office cubicle environment with minimal exposure to the environment or health hazards.
Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English.
