  • Purpose Of The Job

    Manage the configuration, administration, analysis, and presentation of eCommerce web/digital analytics tracking solutions across web and application platforms.


    • Responsible for configuration, maintenance, user access, and training of web analytic tools, configuration using Adobe Site Catalyst, Google Analytics and other data tracking systems to create a single view of the customer.
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define data tracking, tagging, and reporting requirements for the company’s web site, external and internal marketing channels and campaigns, as well as specific customer dimensions.
    • Work in multiple frontend and backend data systems (internal and external if any) to query and map traffic data, channel data, transactional data, offline data, and/or any 2nd and 3rd party data to create a single view of customer. Analyze and provide data driven solutions and presentations related to user behavior across devices (mobile, tablet, and desktop), marketing channels (Earned, Paid Search, Display, Direct, Social, Referrals) as well other customer segment dimensions.
    • Use different developer tools, debuggers to test and provide quality assurance feedback to the various development teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    • Lead creation and completion of Multivariate and A/B testing documents (from hypothesis creation, influencing creatives to identifying success metrics) and posttest analysis.
    • Build and improve processes and guidelines to facilitate data tracking and analytics project implementation, create documentation relating to existing processes and suggestion/presentations for improving those processes.
    • Research and evaluate new tools/capabilities in the analytics industry.
    • Serve as a liaison to vendor partners to ensure success with a variety of projects.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Requirements & Special Attributes

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, MIS or a related field or 4 years in lieu of bachelors.
    • 8+ year business and/or marketing experience which include 4+ years’ experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics (Omniture, SiteCatalyst), and 4+ years’ experiences on customer and data research, or equivalent work experience.
    • Understand the e-Commerce transaction procedures, online customer behaviors and the basic concept on the personalized marketing; working experience in related eCommerce fields is preferred.
    • Experience with online advertising, marketing channels (i.e. Email, Affiliate, etc.) is preferred.
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

    Physical Functions:
    Sitting required 90% of the time. Walking and standing required 5% of the time respectively. No heavy lifting required. Constant working on a computer.

    Equipment Used

    Standard office and computer equipment including MS Office software & other internal systems.

    Work Environment

    Office cubicle environment with minimal exposure to the environment or health hazards.
