  • Purpose Of The Job

    Initiate new email marketing initiatives and administer the implementation and success of each initiative.

    Responsibilities/Duties

    • Work with Marketing teams and related stakeholders to delivery or understand objective of new email initiative and requirement, create email project scoping and implementation procedures.
    • Lead and manage new email initiatives and projects alongside the team of routine operations, including but not limited to email AB testing, new journey building, CRM development, email audience cross-channel reinforcement and etc
    • Kickoff and manage cross-team communication and effort that’s needed to support email project implementation, including but not limit to data collection and mechanism if automatic collection, data transfer from different systems and sources to ESP, customer flag creation and database creation/ enrichment, creative/ content/ copywriting conceptualization and materials gathering, and etc..
    • Implement and deploy email project with materials gathered and confirmed objective, including but not limited to uploading creative templates in Exact Target tools or other ESP system & manage templates in repository, segment pre-selected populations, route test messages, and launch campaigns
    • Evaluate email project results and make recommendations for future
    • Other Duties as assigned

    Minimum Requirements & Special Attributes

    • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Economics, business or related field • 4 + years working experience in email marketing capacity -- or -- experience in a sales or marketing capacity within an IT re-seller
    • Total of 6+ years fulltime employment in sales, marketing, or customer service capacity
    • Ability to understand of structural data, data flow between system, and translate business work flows to web and data engineering teams
    • Digital personalization experience and familiarity about technology products is preferred
    • Strong interpersonal ability, and easily works across departments in an organization
    • Excellent negotiating skills
    • Customer oriented mindset and data driven
    • Strong organizational skills and results driven
    • Great analytics skills and ability to deliver data insight that support new innovative marketing
    • Excellent written and oral communication skill

    Essential Mental and Physical Functions

    Mental Functions:
    Decisions have major implications on the management and operations of an area within a department. This position establishes procedures for attaining specific goals and objectives in a broad area of work. Only the final results of work done are typically reviewed.

    Physical Functions:
    Sitting required 75% of the time. No heavy lifting required. Constant working on a computer.

    Standard office and computer equipment including MS Office software.

    Work Environment

    Office cubicle environment with minimal exposure to the environment or health hazards.
