  • Purpose Of The Job

    The 3rd Party Sales Channel Specialist is responsible for the sales on channel partner accounts. He/she needs to follow the sales strategy set by the SCM Manager to maximize the revenue as well as the profit.


    • Follow the SCM Director’s mission on channel sales process to ensure it’s carried out as instructed
    • Determine the products quality and profit expected plans set by the SCM Manager and implement along with set sales strategies; on channel partner accounts. If necessary, make changes accordingly
    • Provide feedback to the SCM Manager when creating an innovative and efficient process and scheduling on channel partner accounts.
    • Carry out a preset strategy to improve the online rating and to achieve better customer satisfaction
    • Help the SCM Manager to identify, develop, and evaluate sales results , based on knowledge of establishment objectives and cost analysis
    • Conduct the training and performance evaluations on team’s staff and oversee their daily activities, ensuring they are performing as expected
    • Report to the SCM Manager on any sales potential and system enhancements

    Minimum Requirements & Special Attributes

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferable or equivalent
    • 2 year experience in sales management
    • Familiar with online purchase behavior and trends
    • Able to lead a professional team

    Abilities Required

    • Familiar with using Word, Excel, etc.
    • Able to necessary adjustment with common sense
    • Possess good organization and detail orientated skills
    • Able to communicate effectively with others

    Essential Mental and Physical Functions

    Mental Functions:
    Decisions generally affect own job or specific functional area. This position performs a variety of routine duties within established policies and procedures or by referral to supervisor's guidelines.

    Physical Functions:
    Sitting required 90% of the time. Walking and standing required 5% of the time respectively. No heavy lifting required. Constant working on a computer.

    Equipment Used

    Standard office and computer equipment including MSOffice software.

    Work Environment

    Office cubicle environment with minimal exposure to the environment or health hazards.

    Supervisory Responsibilities


    Language Skills

    Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English. Additional languages a plus.
