  • Purpose Of The Job

    To ensure all promotional vehicles are verified to ensure a high standard of quality before delivering the end product.

     

    Responsibilities/Duties

    • Ensure the quality for each promotional vehicle follows the established criteria and standards including proofreading, grammar, promotional offer accuracy, and landing page functionality
    • Revision of brand creative guidelines based on the changing nature of promotion direction.
    • Verify all promotional vehicles which include, but are not limited to: (1) External/Internal Banners and Landing Pages, (2) Print, (3) Digital Signage.
    • Resolve issues related to the promotional vehicles by communicating with Creative design team and Promotion Manager.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Requirements & Special Attributes

    • AA degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
    • 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance field preferred.
    • Detail-oriented.
    • Verbal and written fluency in English with strong grasp of language anomalies
    • Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
    • Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Well organized and able to multitask efficiently.
    • Able to communicate with others effectively.
    • Experience with working in a team environment towards a common goal.

    Essential Mental and Physical Functions

    Mental Functions:
    Decisions have major implications on the management and operations of an area within a department. Job may contribute to important strategy, operational, and business decisions that affect the department. This position performs a variety of routine duties within established policies and procedures or by referral to supervisor's guidelines.
    Physical Functions:
    Sitting required 90% of the time. Walking and standing required 5% of the time respectively. No heavy lifting required. Constant working on a computer.

    Equipment Used

    Standard office and computer equipment including MSOffice software.

    Work Environment

    Office cubicle environment with minimal exposure to the environment or health hazards.

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    None.

    Language Skills

    Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English.

    Travel Requirements

    Travel is not required.
