The Promotions Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all deals selected for each promotional vehicle follow its particular criteria and standards.
Screening and validating deals based on the set criteria and standards for each promotional vehicle including but not limited to: (1) Affiliates, (2) External/Internal Banners and landing pages, (3) Print, (4) Email, (5) Shell Shocker, (6) Leaderboard and (7) Daily Deals.
Ensure an on going stream of deals is available by communicate with the Product Management teams.
Analyze and suggest implementation of potential criteria and standards for improvements.
Optimize offers for each respective promotional vehicles based on established criteria.
Maintains schedules and work orders for the development of materials related to assigned promotional campaigns
Participates in coordinating promotional activities for campaigns

Minimum Requirements & Special Attributes
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
2 years of related experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Knowledge of Product Management, Merchandising and Marketing promotional vehicles.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Functions: Regular use of the telephone and email for company communication is essential
No heavy lifting is expected Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines
This job is performed indoors in a traditional office setting Activities include extensive periods of sitting and extensive work at a computer monitor
Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English.
