This position is responsible for planning and executing remarketing email campaign schedule while monitoring and continuously improving remarketing performance.
Work with ESP to manage Newegg commercial mailing sending activities in ESP system which includes deploying mailing creative, generating target customer list, setting mailing schedule, executing basic QA in the system and monitoring mailing campaign performance in ESP systems
Utilize web analytics tool to analyze email customer behavior, producing customer segmentation, providing suggestions to Email Marketing Manager for customer lifecycle and relationship management.
Provide suggestions and support Email Marketing Manager to enhance campaign performance by optimizing customer segmentation and CRM methodology as well as executing consistent testing.
Provide support to Email Marketing Manager to enhance email marketing advancement by using remarketing tool to identify customer behavior pattern and improve customer retention as well as loyalty.
Devise test mailing campaigns to test different marketing tactics and analyze and interpret the performance data.

Minimum Requirements & Special Attributes
Bachelors degree in English, Literature, Marketing, or related field
1 – 2 years working experience in marketing related business areas and/or e-Commerce
Knowledge and hands on experience of best practices for B2C email marketing, including email creative, segmentation, dynamic content, testing methodologies, deliverability, list growth, etc.
Excellent written and oral communication skill
Experience working with web analytics tool (Coremetrics, Omniture, etc.)
Working knowledge with self-service email delivery tools of most main ESPs (Cheetah mail, Silver pop, ExactTarget, Responsys, eDialogue, etc.)
Microsoft office knowledge (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Office cubicle environment
Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
