Take direct responsibility for developing plans and carrying out daily operations to enhance B2B Marketplace business.
Recruit quality B2B Marketplace sellers to NeweggBusiness.com.
Under the management of B2B MKPL project management director, coordinate the day-to-day operation of the Marketplace at NeweggBusiness.com; work with Corporate Marketplace Category managers to develop B2B Marketplace seller business to meet sales and margin goals.
Be a primary contact to serve B2B Marketplace sellers throughout the onboarding and integration process, coordinate sellers’ marketing campaigns and promotions at NeweggBusiness.com, as well as merchandise and management of the B2B Marketplace seller stores.
Proactively work with Corporate Marketplace Category Management Team to plan proper promotion to produce successful merchandising programs.
Assist in development and Implementation of B2B Marketplace performance measurement reports.
Be on top of B2B Marketplace sellers’ customer service, order fulfillment process and content quality. Make sure seller accounts perform in good rating and comply with NeweggBusiness’ policy and align with the outstanding shopping experience at NeweggBusiness.com.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements & Special Attributes
Bachelor’s degree in marketing /communication/ business administration preferred.
Two to five years of business development experience in a retail e-commerce environment, with experience dealing with industrial and general merchandise retailers.
Two years or above International trading business will be highly preferred.
Two years of marketing experience, must be knowledgeable about various e-commerce marketing opportunities as well as traditional media.
E-marketplace experience is a plus.
State driver’s license and auto insurance is required.
A strong oral and written communication skill is a must, sales oriented presentation skills desired.
Goal oriented and plan driven.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
International trading experience is preferred.
Excellent analytic, organizational and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented self-starter with a positive attitude who is deadline and results oriented.
Team player, adept at working in a cross functional environment.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and retailing.
