Purpose Of The Job

To handle any and all issues reported on the internet review websites, public forums, and the Better Business Bureau


  • Address all BBB complaints.
  • Reply and resolve all issues on
  • Reply to all negative and positive forum posts.
  • Respond to any unsatisfied customer on public review sites.
  • Calculate referrals done by CS agents.
  • Keep excel sheet updated with all forums and review site posts.
  • Manage NeweggRocks email inbox.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Special Attributes

  • High School or GED required.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong ability to communicate.
  • Strong written and verbal grammar skills.
  • Above average monitoring scores.
  • Needs to have the ability to resolve escalated issues with very upset and unsatisfied customers.
  • Able to multi-task and organized.
  • Must be friendly and courteous.
  • Must have critical thinking skills

Essential Mental and Physical Functions

Decisions generally affect own job or specific functional area. This position performs a variety of routine duties within established policies and procedures or by referral to supervisor's guidelines.

Physical Functions:
Sitting required 90% of the time. Walking and standing required 5% of the time respectively. No heavy lifting required. Constant working on a computer.

Equipment Used

Standard office and computer equipment including MSOffice software.

Work Environment

Office cubicle environment with minimal exposure to the environment or health hazards

Language Skills

Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English
