The position will require negotiations of varying degrees of complexity with customers and others. These negotiations occur on a very frequent basis with many being worked at a time. This requires a high level of discretion and independent judgment with the potential of significant financial impact. This position is variable in nature, responsible for multiple goals and objectives around sales, margin, customer acquisition, penetration and reactivation. It requires the management of customers, peers and subordinates all of which are unique with unique needs and contribution to the overall success of the department. Sitting required 80% of the time. Walking and standing required 10% of the time. No heavy lifting required.
