Purpose Of The Job

Serve customers by determining requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests and maintaining Call Center storage.


  • Determine requirements by working with customers.
  • Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information and providing information to customers.
  • Resolve problems by clarifying issues.
  • Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information.
  • Maintain Call Center storage by entering information.
  • Keep equipment operational by following established procedures.
  • Update databases and provide reports to management as needed.
  • Attend, follow up and resolve customer complaints and questions.
  • Coordinate package distribution (receiving, recording, returns)
  • Assist in processing orders for customers.
  • Maintain inventory management (keep track, prevent loss, theft or damage etc)
  • Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.


Minimum Requirements & Special Attributes

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of logistics experience preferred.
  • Familiar with problem solving techniques and capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be able to perform basic math, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
  • Full understanding in operating a Will Call Center environment.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
  • Good communication skills and customer service skills.
  • Good organization skills to handle multi-tasks and ability to work independently.


Essential Mental and Physical Functions

Mental Functions:

Decisions generally affect own job or specific functional area. This position performs a variety of routine duties within established policies and procedures or by referral to supervisor's guidelines.

Physical Functions:

Walking, stooping, standing, stretching, bending, lifting and sitting for long periods of time.
Ability to work under extreme environments such as high heat and cold weather.
Requires minimum lifting ability of 40 pounds; may require heavy lifting of 50+ pounds with assistance of team members and/or equipment.
Housekeeping duties as assigned.

Equipment Used

Standard office and computer equipment including MSOffice software.

Work Environment

Job will be performed in a warehouse environment that may be noisy, dirty, hot and/or cold.
Activities may include extensive periods of sitting and extensive work on a computer.

Language Skills

Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English.
